We were graced with beautiful weather for our 25th Anniversary Celebration Sat. Sept. 15.  The day was filled with incredible music, delicious food, disc golf & ultimate frisbee, hula hooping, face painting, a drumming circle, Caasi the Clown, Bill Grimsley the Magician, and so much more.  Click below to see post-event media coverage.

As a result of this event, we have more volunteers signing up to be Big Brothers and Big Sisters than ever before and we raised over $13,000!  Please support our sponsors; they made this event possible.  And check out what local businesses did for special 25th Anniversary promotions.

Twelve matches rode horses, took a farm tour, and navigated a corn maze at Hickory Nut Gap Farms last Saturday, Sept. 29, thanks to a grant from the Glass Foundation and a donation from Hickory Nut Gap Farms.

We had some very brave Littles on this outing.  Some were nervous to touch the horses when we arrived, but everyone ended up riding by the end of the day!  They also got to explore the nooks and crannies of historic Sherrill's Inn.
