Today we have graduating High School Bigs from Hiwassee Dam and Andrews High Schools.
These are our high achievers at Hiwassee Dam High School. From left, standing beside BBBS staffer Gina Stafford are Brock Hyde, Abigail Lee, Brinkley Payne, Gracie Rhodes, Kaitlyn Oleske, Abel Penland, and Brooklyn Hyde.
Brock Hyde, a High School Big for three years, received a BBBS Scholarship. Abigail Lee received the Appalachian Excellence Award, Brinkley Payne received Smoky Mountain Basketball and NCAA awards, and several other Bigs were awarded local scholarships and recognition (we don’t have that information as to which scholarships and recognition, but we know they were well deserved!).
And below are our High School Bigs from Andrews High School, with the certificates we gave them for their unparalleled service mentoring elementary school students. Thank you, Bigs!
