Our Littles got some one-on-one time with Eaton engineers at our robotics event on Oct. 9.
Part of our Big Futures initiative to prepare Littles for life after BBBS, the event at Eaton Corp. in Buncombe County allowed Littles to build a variety of robots, with the engineers serving as resources.
“Matches had to work together as a team to problem solve and be creative,” said Program Coordinator Tessa Valladares. “There was also a little bit of career exploration, as I heard some kiddos talking to the Eaton engineers about what they do there and how they got into it!”
