Wow, do we have a lot more graduating High School Bigs!
In Buncombe County, Elisha de la Pena, a graduate of Veritas Christian Academy, plans to attend Furman University this fall, where she is considering studying education.
Cherokee County’s Allison Morrow graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tri-County Early College and plans to attend Western Carolina University.
BBBS Jackson honored six incredible high school Bigs at Summit Charter School’s senior awards night. Each Big received grad cords, a certificate of completion for the High School Big leadership program, and a $50 gas card. In Rosman, BBBS Transylvania honored Emjhey Dela Pena, Tristen Powell, Dillon Tinsley, Serena Gurganious, and Lee Birchfield.
And in Swain County, we applaud Maya Branham!
