Project MARS AmeriCorps is recruiting new partners and new members to make a difference in WNC. Project MARS AmeriCorps, a program of BBBSWNC, places members in schools across WNC, providing mentoring, academic assistance, and resources for success. Currently we have members serving in Cherokee, Graham, Haywood, Transylvania, Rutherford, and Buncombe counties – and our newest partner, Burke County Schools. We’re hoping to also be in Clay, Swain, Macon, Jackson, Henderson, Polk, Madison, Yancey, Mitchell, Avery, Watauga, Caldwell, Cleveland, and McDowell counties.
