BBBS Haywood’s trout race is this Saturday!

Buy a wooden “trout,” at haywoodwaterways.org, to race down the Pigeon River beside the reopened Bearwaters Brewing in Canton to raise money for BBBS Haywood (and Haywood Waterways Association)!

Prizes include cash, a Publix gift card, a custom bamboo fly rod, and a youth bike. Purchase 1 trout for $5 or a school of 5 trout for $20. All proceeds support helping the youth of Haywood County reach their potential AND support Haywood Waterways’ work to protect and improve Haywood County’s rivers, streams, and lakes.

For more information call 828-476-4667 or email info@haywoodwaterways.org.
