Bowl For Kids’ Sake is back live* this year! Let’s BOWL FOR THE FUTURE!
We’re returning to local bowling alleys this year (masks optional and available onsite) to raise money to support Big Brothers Big Sisters in Buncombe and Burke counties and these counties that are combining their events – Cherokee/Clay, Haywood/Madison, Henderson/Polk/Transylvania, Swain/Graham, and Cashiers Highlands/Jackson.
Create or join a bowling team of up to 5 people and raise money as a team – even individually. Challenge your friends, family members, and co-workers to contribute money to your team to help the kids in your area! Your teammates can register/contribute online, or you can collect their donations and bring them in on the day you all come in to bowl.
Not a bowler? You can create a fundraising effort without bowling at all!
This year’s theme is Bowl For The Future. Costumes at the bowling alley are encouraged (but not required, of course)! Use your imagination – what does the future mean to you? Prizes will be awarded for the Best Costumes each shift!

Bowl For Kids’ Sake is BBBS’ signature fundraiser.
Each year, half a million people across America come together to have fun and raise money to support Big Brothers Big Sisters as we expand what’s possible for youth!
Bowl For Kids’ Sake is the perfect way for you to make an impact on your community – and it only takes a little bit of effort to raise the money that your branch of Big Brothers Big Sisters of WNC needs to serve local youth.

How Your Donation Helps
Big Brothers Big Sisters depends on donations to enroll volunteers and conduct background checks to ensure child safety. Donations help enroll youth and families, match Bigs and Littles, and provide ongoing professional support for children, families and volunteers. Our matching and support process is designed to build and sustain long-lasting relationships in all of our three programs.
Your power as a donor to expand horizons and aspirations and positively change the lives of local youth cannot be overstated! Thank you so much for starting something big in WNC.
