In mid-October, BBBS Cherokee County matched Big Brother Ty with Little Brother Gabe, who attends Murphy Elementary School. They both enjoy sports, and Ty, a student at Murphy High School, is hoping Gabe will be able to come to one of his football games soon! Many branches like Cherokee have High School Big programs that match older students with elementary school students. Newly matched in Henderson County, Little Sister Breanna and Big Sister Ashlynn are excited to do arts and crafts, play with stuffed animals, and just talk! They have already painted pumpkins and made bracelets together. They both love to read and love to learn.

In Buncombe, Big Brother Daniel and Little Brother Datrion are looking forward to playing sports, seeing movies, and going on adventures. Daniel is looking forward to attending some of Datrion’s basketball games this season.
